DCA – ID Required

Your lender has responded to your vehicle finance claim stating they cannot match your signature with the signature they hold for you on file.

To progress your claim, they need to update their records but will require certified proof of your signature to do so.

Action required:

Please provide a copy of either your driving licence or passport that has been certified by one of the following:

• Post Office
• Bank
• UK Lawyer/Solicitor
• FCA regulated mortgage broker
• Accountant
• Authorised financial intermediary

The certifier must print their name, address, telephone number, occupation, and date and sign the document quoting “This is a true copy of the original seen”. Please also note the certifier cannot be a relative regardless of occupation.
