DCA – Cold Claim: Unable To Locate

 

Regretfully we have had to suspend your vehicle finance claim because we requested something from you in order to help the lender locate you but we have no record of you fulfilling this request.

If you wish to reopen this claim, please provide the information we have been requesting, or, if you need a reminder of what this is, you can email customerservice@thefairtradepractice.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you.

We will not chase you for this again and will focus our efforts on any other claims that you may have with us.
