DCA – LOA & Lender Update Required

We have received a response from your lender in relation to your vehicle finance claim and they have requested something from you to aid the investigation.

Action Required:

• A copy of the letter we have received from the lender has been posted to you. Please read this, action their request and let us know once you have done this so we can update your file and ensure the claim is progressed.
• Alongside this, another Letter of Authority (LOA) has been posted to you. On receipt of this, please complete it using your current name and return it in the pre-paid envelope.

Please do NOT amend the form in anyway as the lender won’t accept it if you do. If any information on the form is incorrect, please contact us and we will provide you with an updated form.
