DCA – Letter of Complaint Issued
Good news! Your Discretionary Commission Arrangement (DCA) enquiry has now been escalated to a complaint. It will be investigated in due course and if DCA is found, any compensation owed will be refunded to you.

Please note, all investigations are on hold until May pending guidance from the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) on how lenders should handle these complaints. We must then allow some time for lenders to clear their backlogs which means we aren’t expecting a response until later in the year. We appreciate the delay is frustrating but rest assured you have secured your place in the queue ahead of those less motivated.
