DCA – Letter of Complaint Issued

Good news! Your Discretionary Commission Arrangement (DCA) enquiry has now been escalated to a complaint. It will be investigated in due course and if DCA is found, any compensation owed will be refunded to you.

Please note, all investigations are on hold pending a legal challenge about the Financial Conduct Authority’s proposed redress scheme to compensate people whose loans contained excessive and undisclosed commissions. The case is due to be heard by February 2027 and it will take some time after that for lenders to adapt processes and formally respond to complaints.  We appreciate the delay is frustrating but rest assured you have secured your place in the queue ahead of those less motivated.
