DCA – Payment Sent To You

Your claim has resulted in compensation so in line with your agreed Terms and Conditions we have emailed an invoice for the work completed on your behalf. Payment is due within 14 days of receiving your refund.

If the lender has not yet settled the claim then payment is not yet due, but you must email customerservice@thefairtradepractice.co.uk without delay so that we can update our records.
