Your lender has told us you have withdrawn our authority and we are concerned that you could be in breach of our contractual terms therefore.

Please confirm if you have withdrawn our authority and are progressing your claims through another firm by reply to customerservice@thefairtradepractice.co.uk.

If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume this to be correct and as per our terms and conditions we will issue a cancellation invoice to cover the work we have done on all of your enquires so far and withdraw those that remain open.
