DCA – Proof of Loan Required

We have received a response from your lender in relation to your vehicle finance claim and they have told us they need bank statements to prove you made payments to them.  This is because, whilst they have found you on their system, they believe the loan application did not complete, either because you chose not to proceed or because they rejected the application.

Alternatively, if this makes you recall that the lender is or was a different company, please let us know the correct firm name so we can redirect our enquiry.
