Unfortunately, despite the information we provided, your lender has failed to respond to the complaint we sent on your behalf. We have re-submitted your claim on several occasions, but still your lender has not responded.
At this stage, after multiple attempts, we have done everything we can to try and progress your claim but as the lender is not responding we have decided to close this file.
You are free to pursue this claim by contacting the lender yourself, if you wish to see if you have more success by going directly to them.
