Regretfully we have had to close this complaint, as the claim has not been updated with the account number we requested and we are unable to progress this claim without it.

Whilst this news may be disappointing, lenders occasionally make a further review at a later date which can result in a compensation award. If your lender undertakes such a review you will still be liable to pay our fees as per the Terms and Conditions.
