Claim Declined

We’ve received a response from the solicitor advising your claim has been declined regarding any undisclosed commission that was added to your PPI policy.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to refer this matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) so the claim has been closed accordingly.
