Good news! You have returned all of your paperwork; our Administration team has collated all of the required information and we have sent your complaint on to the lender.

Most lenders aim to respond to claims within 8 weeks, however responses are taking longer than normal due to the high volume of complaints submitted before the deadline.

Rest assured though that as your claim was submitted in time there is no chance of missing out on any possible compensation due from this claim as a result of the deadline.
