Lender Unable to Locate PPI


The lender has told us that they are unable to locate any PPI associated with the account details provided. Please send us any supporting paperwork that shows evidence of PPI or insurance for this claim.

You may have already told us you cannot locate evidence of PPI but it will help greatly if you can check back through any paperwork for a debit on your bank statement, a copy of the original credit agreement or a claim that you may have made on the policy.
