Lender Recovery Action – Case Closed

This claim is closed as it’s for an account which is in arrears or part of a debt recovery process with your lender such as an IVA, Bankruptcy, Debt Relief order or Debt Management Plan.

Although this would not necessarily prevent you making a claim for mis-sold PPI against this account, you have told us that you would be unable to pay our fee from your own resources.

As any successful claim against this account would result in the compensation being paid to directly offset the monies covered by the debt recovery process, we are unable to proceed and have therefore closed this claim.
