We’re The Fair Trade Practice, and we are here for you and your finances. Whether it’s putting things right, getting you a better deal or protecting you against whatever the future holds, we can help. We’ve been one of the UK’s biggest claims management companies for over a decade, carrying out more than 4.3 million PPI checks alone, and that experience has helped us continue to grow and serve our customers in an increasing number of ways.
We’re based at Fair Trade House in Fareham, in between Portsmouth and Southampton. Our team is hugely diverse and varied, reflecting the wide range of products and services we cover.
We speak to our customers in a friendly, human way and always use our innovative approach to find more ways to help serve our customers and improve our service.
When it comes to taking a break you can find our staff raising huge amounts of money for charity, taking quizzes and having bake sales amongst other things!
When things go wrong businesses should put them right. Sometimes this happens quickly and easily, but sometimes firms are evasive, difficult and even act in bad faith. Individual errors can happen but industry-wide scandals are not acceptable – and that’s where we come in.
As one of the UK’s leading Claims Management Companies we have years of experience in dealing with companies from a range of sectors. We have fine-tuned processes which both hold businesses to account and put the consumer in control. We use our years of experience and shared industry knowledge to write clear and authoritative complaints which demand action, within set timeframes.
We keep our customers up to date at each stage of their claim through clear, plain communications and are here to answer any questions or concerns they have along the way. Our support means customers do not feel alone in their complaint and the chase processes we have in place save them the time and hassle of chasing businesses themselves.
When we’re not hard at work, we’re doing our bit for local and national charities. Our staff have taken part in everything from inflatable assault courses to dragon boat racing in the name of charity and raised money for the likes of Cystic Fibrosis UK, Mind and Brain Tumour Research. We also hold collections throughout the year to support local food banks and charities, and our staff often organise their own fundraising activities such as skydives, headshaves and take part in sporting events like the Great South Run.
