The Fair Trade Practice are delighted to announce that we are the proud new recipients of a bronze award from the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS).

The ERS recognises commitment and support from UK employers for current and former defence personnel. Awards are given to employer organisations that pledge, demonstrate or advocate support to defence and the Armed Forces community.

We are delighted to have been recognised in this way and are proud to continue to support our brave service men and women. This recognition is an honour for TFTP and one which we take very seriously.

There are currently around 50 firms in Hampshire to have received the bronze award, less than ten in Portsmouth and just four based in Fareham.

You may ask how we can be of service to those who have served or are serving in our Armed Forces. Much like those in the Public Sector, Armed service personnel are likely to have had a range of job benefits rendering them unlikely to have needed PPI added to any finance they may have taken out. We regularly find that when we investigate claims on behalf of customers from these sectors that those who have been mis-sold receive compensation.

We will display our ERS bronze certification with pride and look forward to continuing to support members of the Armed Forces community in any way we can in the future.
