DCA – ID & POA Required

Your lender has responded to your vehicle finance claim stating they cannot match your name and address with those they hold on file.

To progress your claim they need to update their records but will require proof of identity and proof of address to do so.

Please Provide:

• A copy of either your driving licence or passport
• A bank statement or utility bill dated in the last 3 months showing both your name and current address.

You can provide these either by sending copies via email or by posting photocopies to: The Fair Trade Practice, 3 Whittle Avenue, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5SH.
