DCA – UTL Agreement No & Vehicle Reg

After submitting your claim, the lender has responded to inform us they’re unable to locate your agreement.

In order to progress, we have sent you an email. Please check the information in the email is accurate and provide the missing agreement number and vehicle registration. Checking old bank statements, vehicle related paperwork or calling the dealership where you purchased the vehicle could help you to obtain these.

If you are able to provide the agreement number, vehicle registration or identify any necessary changes, please email customerservice@thefairtradepractice.co.uk with them and we will do the rest.
