Thank you for returning your paperwork. Our Administration team has collated all of the required information and sent the complaint to the bank. Please be advised that the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) stipulate that a bank should respond within 8 weeks.

As soon as we hear back from them we will be in touch with you straight away.

In some instances banks may attempt to contact customers directly to discuss the validity of claims. If they contact you, please re-direct them to us.
