Your bank has not issued a satisfactory response to your complaint and we will be referring your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
FOS is an independent body that works through its cases in strict date order. The time it takes for them to reach a decision depends on the complexity of each case. This takes an average of 24 months.
