Case with FOS
As discussed, your bank has not issued a satisfactory response to our complaint so we have now referred your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for adjudication.
FOS is an independent body that works its cases in strict date order. The time it takes for them to reach a decision depends on the complexity of each case. This takes an average of 24 months. We will keep you fully informed as soon as we have any further information.
