Not A Packaged Bank Account


We’re sorry but on this occasion we cannot proceed with your claim because your bank has concluded that you did not have a Packaged Bank Account (PBA) with them.

Whilst this news may be disappointing, banks occasionally make a further review at a later date which can result in a compensation award. If your bank undertakes such a review at a later date you will still be liable to pay our fee as per the Terms and Conditions.*
