Congratulations! You should have received your Packaged Bank Account (PBA) compensation payment if your bank has paid you as we expect. Please inform us if this is not the case on 01489 660270 so we can contact the bank if required.
You should receive our invoice shortly. Please ensure you settle it within 14 days of receiving your refund.
The refund we have achieved for you includes all the payments you made for the mis-sold policy plus 8% compound interest per annum.
Please be aware that interest is income which is taxable and the bank has to deduct the tax. Our fee is based on the total amount you recover before tax is deducted.

- By bank transfer directly into our bank account sort code 40-21-03, account number 12025973 using your “Case ID” above as a payment reference.
- By cheque made payable to The Fair Trade Practice. Please write your “Case ID” on the back and post it to: The Fair Trade Practice, 3 Whittle Avenue, Fareham, Hampshire, PO15 5SH
