Bank Unable To Locate Packaged Bank Account

 

Your bank has told us that they are unable to locate a Packaged Bank Account (PBA) with the sort code and account number provided.

Whilst you may have already told us you cannot locate evidence of a PBA, to ensure this is correct, please check back through your statements for a direct debit proving you paid a fee for your bank account and send a scan of it to customerservices@thefairtradepractice.co.uk.
