Awaiting Bank Response

 

We previously sent you a letter asking you to contact us regarding your PBA claim as we are yet to receive a response from the bank and need to know if they have contacted you directly.

Whether you have been in touch to confirm that you haven’t received a response, or we are waiting to hear from you, please rest assured we are chasing the bank for an update on your claim.

We will let you know as soon as we have a response. In return all we ask is you do the same if you have heard from them and haven’t yet let us know or if the bank contacts you in the future so we can progress your claim.
