Case Closed – Bank Unable to Locate PBA

 

Your bank has told us that they are unable to locate a Packaged Bank Account (PBA) with the sort code and account number provided.

As you cannot provide evidence of a PBA, we are unable to continue the investigation and your claim has been closed.

If you are able to provide a statement proving you paid a fee for your bank account now or in the future please send it to us and we will be happy to reinstate this claim on your behalf.

Your bank may, at a later date, undertake a review of the information required, and may deal with the complaint we initially provided to them. If your bank undertakes such a review, you will still be liable to pay our fee as per the terms and conditions.
