Case Closed – Bank Unable to Locate Client
Your bank has told us that they are unable to locate you as a client of theirs.
As you cannot provide evidence of this, we are unable to continue the investigation and your claim has been closed.
If you are able to provide a statement proving you had a bank account with them now or in the future please send it to us and we will be happy to reinstate this claim on your behalf.
Your bank may, at a later date, undertake a review of the information required, and may deal with the complaint we initially provided to them. If your bank undertakes such a review, you will still be liable to pay our fee as per the terms and conditions.
