Despite the hard work and effort given to the pursuit of this case, we have been left with no choice but to close it. This is due to a combination of you not providing the information required to progress the claim and the amount of time that has passed since it was requested.

Please be aware however, lenders do occasionally review complaints we have sent on our client’s behalf, which can result in compensation. If this is something the lender makes us aware of, the claim will be re-opened and you will be liable to pay our fee as per the Terms and Conditions.
