Thank you for returning all of your paperwork. Our Administration team has collated all of the required information and we have sent your complaint on to the lender.

Most lenders respond to claims within the industry time scale of 8 weeks. If they don’t we will inform you and take the appropriate steps to resolve the matter swiftly.

As soon as we hear back from your lender we will be in touch with you straight away.
