Offer Acceptance Not Returned

We recently advised you that we required you to return an offer acceptance to the Financial Ombudsman Service before a specific date, which has now passed. As you did not return the acceptance in time the Financial Ombudsman Service has now closed their file.

If want to accept this offer, please sign and return the offer acceptance form we sent you and send a supporting explanation for the delay. We will be in touch after we have referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service and will confirm if your acceptance can be honoured.
