FSCS Requires Information

In order for your claim to be assessed by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) we require some additional information from you.

We have sent you a letter confirming what you need to provide and enclosed a prepaid envelope in order to return it to us. Please action the points specified in this letter.

If you haven’t received this letter, please call us immediately on 01489 660280.

Please note: The FSCS use a company called Deloitte to assist them with gathering information. If you receive any communication from Deloitte on behalf of the FSCS then please let us know.

Our success rate with cases that pass through the FSCS is almost 85%* so don’t delay in providing this information.
