Good news! You have returned all of your paperwork, our Administration team has collated all of the required information and we have sent your complaint on to the lender.
Most lenders respond to claims within the industry time scale of 8 weeks. If they don’t we will inform you and take the appropriate steps to resolve the matter swiftly.
Rest assured though that as your complaint has already been submitted, there is no chance of missing out on any possible compensation due from this claim as a result of the PPI deadline.
