Your lender has not issued a satisfactory response and we will be referring your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

The FOS is an independent body who work through their cases in strict date order. The FOS find in favour of the client in the majority of cases*. The time it takes for them to reach a decision depends on the complexity of your case; presently this takes an average of 24 months.
