Case Closed – Cancellation Invoice Waived

While previously undertaking a review of our remaining claims pipeline you were found to be in breach of section 9.4 of our Terms & Conditions, so in line with this we issued a cancellation invoice to you.

Our records show that this invoice is still outstanding however, as part of our PPI reconciliation project we are choosing to waive this as a gesture of goodwill.

Please be aware however, lenders do occasionally review complaints we have sent on our client’s behalf, which can result in compensation. If this is something the lender makes us aware of, the claim will be re-opened and you will be liable to pay our fee as per the Terms and Conditions.
