Lender Response Overdue


Due to the extended time it is taking for your lender to assess your complaint we have reissued it to them.

There are several potential outcomes at this stage:

  • Your lender will make an offer of compensation. Based on our experience we will ensure that the offer is fair and recommend you accept or decline it.
  • Your lender rejects the claim. However, we may appeal your lender’s decision with the Financial Ombudsman Service.
  • Your lender rejects the claim and we cannot proceed further so your case is closed (any other cases we have open for you will continue be worked on).
