Case With FOS

 

Your lender has not issued a satisfactory response and we have now referred your case to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) for adjudication.

The FOS is an independent body who work their cases in strict date order. The FOS find in favour of the client in the majority of cases*. The time it takes for them to reach a decision depends on the complexity of your case; presently this takes an average of 24 months. We will keep you fully informed as soon as we have any further information about your case.
