Following their investigation of your claim, the FOS has determined that your lender has not done anything wrong and ruled in favour of them.

While this news may be disappointing occasionally lenders review complaints we have sent on our client’s behalf at a later date, and this can result in compensation. If your lender undertakes such a review you will still be liable to pay our fee as per the Terms and Conditions.
